External API

External API is a way for you to execute alerts and manage contacts. Through it, external applications and solutions can be used in conjunction with GEM to create new procedures. This will require some coding knowledge. 

The API requires the following data:

• App Username: Supplied by Engineering
• App Password: Supplied by Engineering
• Username: Admin user created from the GUI
• Password: Password set from the GUI
